RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our policy lasts 12 hours. If 12 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Call any courier of your choice and book a pickup. 
  • Step 2: Prepare the items in their original condition and packaging and make sure to attach your order invoice or your order number. 
  • Step 3:  Write below address on the parcel:

  • Step 4: Once your exchanged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and send you the new piece.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards 
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that have obvious signs of use or wash.
  • Items that are already exchanged once.  
  • Any item that is returned more than 12 hours after delivery

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours since they made the order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Once the order is dispatched we’re not able to offer a refund.
